My primary focus is to provide you with a therapeutic treatment that will leave you feeling renewed. Our daily lives often take a toll on our bodies and cause us to deal with stress, physical exhaustion, and injuries. I have developed a unique style of massage over the years. My customized and tailored treatments are meant to bring balance and relief to the body.
Each treatment begins with a consultation & assessment in order to address your individual needs. Please note that a 12 hour notice is appreciated should you need to cancel or reschedule. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for any no-show appointments.
Therapeutic Massage

Sports / Pain Relief Massage

A customized massage using deeper pressure, trigger points, and stretching techniques to relieve muscle tension, increase circulation, and offer relief to an active body.
Energy Balancing Treatment

A relaxing massage using long gentle strokes to help promote grounding and balance. This treatment incorporates the use of Tibetan singing bowls and chakra balancing stones to help calm the mind, balance energy, and improve sleep.
Pre- & Post-Natal Massage

A renewing massage to help bring relief to the body during or after the special time of having a baby.
Skin Brush Dry Exfoliation

A gentle yet effective exfoliation to help remove dead skin cells and improve circulation (includes skin brush to take home. Add on only)
Scalp Massage

reviving Foot Treatment
